May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

Day by Day

Blessings to everyone that prays for me on a daily basis. There is so much that happens Krinkrin that when looking at it from human prospective it would absolutely impossible. But somehow looking back it at it God somehow worked everything out in a wonderful and amazing way. I know that it is because of your prayers that brings me through.
If we reach just one, none of it was in vain.

Life in Krinkrin is not easy and is almost always challenging. From the time I get up in the morning till I lay down at night it seems like I have been running all day. There is always someone that needs needs medical attention a listening ear or a little one that just needs someone to love them and show then that I will be there for them. As hard as it is at times I really enjoy everyday spent there. I would not have it any other way, these people need hope and direction. I can show them  and teach them. My daily prayer is that I would be able to shine His light into our community because it so desperately needs our loving Savior Jesus. The people need the hope and peace that only He is able to give.

I love these so much.
I teach English to 1st - 6th grade in the school. Everyday as a teacher I am challenged in a new way as to what is the best way to teach these children. I might be there to teach English but I pray that I will be able to teach far more then that. I want to teach them that there is hope and that they can change their village. They don´t  have to go down the same dark path that their parents and grandparents did. I want to teach them that life is worth living its not just something that we do aimlessly and without more purpose then for today's food. I want to teach them that the only true meaning in life is to serve our wonderful and glorious Savior and He is the only way to abundant life.
Please remember to pray for me as these children look to me. Pray that I would be able show them Jesus.
Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants. Deuteronomy 32:2

Teaching 1st and 2nd grade

Please continue to pray for me as I minister to the young girls from our community. There is so much hopelessness. They don´t have any concept of keeping pure till marriage. It is expected that once you are at a certain age you will go sleep around with any number of men and usually you are pregnant or already have a baby at the age of 15. They look at me and my sisters and ask ...don't you like babies? My answer is ...of course I do. Then they ask... Well why don't you have one?
How do I explain this to someone that doesn't even have a concept of what a marriage looks like. It is a huge challenge and sometimes I feel like it is impossible task but I now that it isn't because God can change anything. Please pray that I would be able to show them and teach them a better way, God's way.
For what you have done I will always praise you in the presence of your faithful people. And I will hope in your name, for your name is good. Psalms 52:9

This is the girls soccer team and many of these are the ones I am
trying to reach. Please pray for them.
Thanks again for all your many prayers.
But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love Psalms 33:18

Our God is a God of hope!!!!!!!

May the Lord bless y'all, Mary Lee
