Missionary Medicine Intensive

I am very excited to right now because I get to buy my ticket to the States today!!!
 Me and Eva are planning on coming to the States on October 3rd to study at Missionary Medicine Intensive (MMI) in North Carolina.  After much prayer waiting God supplied the money for us both to go. This is a huge blessing to us the community of Krinkrin and the communities up and down the river from us.We plan to be in Missouri for about 2 weeks then drive to N Carolina and be there about 3 weeks, after that we plan to drive back to Missouri and fly out of St Louis the following week. In all we plan to be there approx 6 weeks. We will be at the 2 week intensive medical course. They are training missionaries practical medical. Things that they are likely to run into out on the field. As of right now on a daily basis we have approx. 6-8 people in our house that are sick or have a machete cut that needs stitching and other general health issues.

This is a little boy from our community. A pick ax fell on his
head and made a 2 1/2 inch cut.



He got to go home with 7 stitches.

  The closest hospital is in Waspam 6-8 hours down river and most people can't afford to get the boat down river so many people die from something that could have been treated very easily. Our vision is to have a clinic-hospital in the future. A place that people can come to when they are sick and spend the night if they need.
We praying about a building in the community and we would like for you to lift this up in your prayers as well. I will keep updating you whenever I have internet.
