Semana Santa (Holy Week)

This is late again but better late then never.

I love it that they have whole week off school for Holy Week, (Easter)
 We have been having so much fun, playing soccer and basketball, running, laughing, hiking, cooking meals, working together with the girls, hanging with the babies, staying up till late into the night or early morning hours if it so happens :) Me and 3 of the big girls slept on 1 couch for 4 nights.
 As a whole just doing things differently then we normally manage to do around our school schedule. We even made smores over a camp fire one night.

Birthday Month

We have had 5 birthday's this last month and that calls for CAKE!!! Cake is a very special treat here, So much so that all the babies call cake -Happy Birthday-.

First, Miss Ruby turned 14

Sweet Solimar turned 8.

Amanda our newest addition turned 13.

Emilie turned 3. Her birthday was on Sunday so we stopped and got and ice cream. She is so adorable :)

And last but not least Ezequiel turned 17.

The sad part is that we don't have any birthdays in April. I guess I'll just have to torture everyone and make a cake when we don't have a birthday :)
